Active candidates: We retain your data while we are actively representing you for a role.

From public sources (sourcing): We may find your profile on professional platforms like LinkedIn. We process this data under Legitimate Interest to contact you about relevant roles.
From referrals: If a friend or colleague recommends you for a role.
We collect personal data that is relevant and necessary for recruitment and talent matching purposes. Depending on your interaction with us, this may include:
- Identification and contact data: Full name, email address, phone number, messaging app contact details.
- Professional information: CV/Resume (including employment history and roles), education, qualifications, portfolio links, and publicly available professional profiles or social media information.

References: If you choose to provide contact details of referees, you confirm that you have informed them and are authorised to share their personal data with us for recruitment-related reference checks.
Sensitive data: We do not standardly request sensitive data (health, religion, trade union membership, etc.). However, if you voluntarily disclose a disability for the purpose of reasonable adjustments during interviews, we will process this information solely to facilitate the recruitment process and ensure appropriate interview arrangements.

As a recruitment agency, we share personal data as part of delivering our services. We only share personal data where it is relevant, proportionate, and for legitimate recruitment or business purposes.
Our clientsWe may share Candidate data (such as CVs and relevant interview notes) with the client or hiring organisations in connection with specific roles discussed with you.
